Terms and conditions of registration (please read carefully)
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking and purchasing tours and tour-related products from GoGoTravel so that you are fully aware of the rights and responsibilities of both parties. Please read the following carefully, understand and agree to the following terms and conditions, and agree to all of them, including some other updates.

“GoGoTravel” is a registered trademark of GoGoTravel. 

Registration process:
  1. Login to home page, at the top right corner of "Login/Registration": Register as a member
  2. Fill in your basic information, check your email and activate your membership email.
  3. Return to the home page, email login, select your preferred route, click "View Details".
  4. Enter the product page, according to your actual traveler situation, select the room type, add to the shopping column, multiple registration can be cumulative added to the shopping column.
  5. Follow the instructions in the shopping column to the cashier and make payment with Ideal.
  6. Submit complete and accurate traveler information in time after payment.
  7. Receive the order and payment confirmation by email.

Confirmation of tour:
GogoTravel will notify you in writing of the confirmation of the departure of all routes after the completion of the tour. GogoTravel reserves the right to cancel the tour in the off-season if there are not enough people to form a group before departure, and to cancel the tour at least 3 days before departure.

Your eligibility
Registration is by real name, you must provide your real Chinese name and your name in Hanyu Pinyin (same as your passport).

You must be an individual 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you can join the tour with a parent or legal guardian. 

If you are 12 years of age or older, you will be treated as an adult for room arrangements. In addition, EU law does not allow children and their parents or guardians to be packed in the same seat on the bus.

For safety reasons, infants and children under 2 years of age are not accepted on bus tours.

Pregnant women are not accepted on bus tours for safety reasons.

We are unable to accept applications from people aged between 70 and 75 years old who are accompanied by a young adult companion; we are unable to accept applications from seniors aged 75 years or older (whether accompanied by a young adult companion or not).

We are unable to accept people with mobility problems.

Your responsibility
Before you book, you are responsible for reading all the information about the tour you wish to purchase, including: prices and notices, route descriptions, what is included in the tour price and what is not, cancellation and refund policies, terms and conditions, and special instructions. Once you have read and fully understood all of the information, there will be no objections after the purchase.

About the tour price
1. All prices are in Euro, the only official website registration channel:, the official website will automatically calculate the total price according to the route product and room type you choose. 
2. Multi-day tours have a discounted rate for children. Child definition: 2-11 years old. One-day tours are available at the same price for both children and adults.
3. The services included and not included in the tour price are specified in the tour description on the itinerary page.

About temporary cancellation and refund method
  1. For bus tours from the Netherlands, including day tours, weekend tours and multi-day tours, all valid orders that have been registered and paid for on the official website can be cancelled without charge 15 working days before the departure date. Cancellations must be made 15 working days before the departure date by sending an email to with the following information: order number, name of the person making the reservation and the person accompanying it, and the product information.
  2. The paid tour price will be refunded to the bank account used at the time of registration. Cancellation is not possible within 15 working days before the departure date and can be transferred. The transferring party and the accepting party can send an email to with the instructions, and the transfer of room sharing should be arranged for the same gender. 
  3. If the number of participants is not enough, "GogoTravel" has the right to cancel the activity at least 3 days before the departure date and return the paid tour fee.
  4. Exception: For single or double flight air tours, the cancellation policy is stricter due to the reservation of air tickets and local suppliers, please refer to the special terms and conditions of each route.
  5. Due to any special personal reasons during the trip, withdrawal from the tour will be treated as automatic abandonment and no refund will be made. Tour members may not request a partial refund without courtesy.

Special notes for air tours:
  1. Some of the "GogoTravel" routes involve one-way or round-trip flights to the inland section of Europe or the international section.
  2. Please make sure to provide accurate name (same as passport) and related information. (Change of name or other information may incur a fee, depending on the rules of each airline)
  3. Please be on time at the designated meeting point on the day of departure.
  4. Each person can bring one free hand luggage, depending on the airline. If you add checked baggage, there will be additional charges. Please check the official website of the airline involved in the tour for details. If you need additional baggage, please contact us by email or phone after payment and registration, or add it at the airport on the day of departure, which is slightly more expensive. 
  5. The tour participants should follow the relevant airline's flight regulations, which can be found on the official website of each airline.

Force majeure
Force majeure refers to the external objective conditions that cannot be foreseen or foreseen but cannot be resisted, such as bad weather, typhoon, earthquake, tsunami, piracy, natural disasters, war, traffic disruption, change of law, strike, coup d'état or any unexpected accident that is not under human control. GogoTravel is exempted from liability for such problems if any of the end service providers arranged by Gogotravel, such as airlines, buses, hotels, restaurants, attractions, etc., are unable to perform their assigned services. Of course, "GogoTravel" will make proper arrangements for the group members to follow up and fight for their entitled benefits, and the additional costs incurred will be borne by the guests.

In the event of force majeure situation, the tour guide's scheduled flight is cancelled or delayed, and the itinerary, accommodation or transportation must be changed or any tour program cancelled, the organizer has full authority to deal with the situation at that time, under such circumstances, the enrollee shall not object and demand compensation for any reason, and the enrollee shall be responsible for any loss or increase in cost caused by the incident.

In the event of unforeseen breakdowns or traffic jams that delay the departure time of the bus, resulting in delays in the itinerary and the need to change or cancel part of the itinerary, the enrollee may not object or withdraw for any reason, and in the event of inclement weather, strikes or sudden accidents that delay the itinerary, the enrollee may not seek compensation or claim back the cost for any reason.

“GogoTravel” suppliers will try to ensure that the itinerary is as consistent as possible. However, the tour provider reserves the right to change, postpone or cancel the tour due to weather, traffic, temporary breakdowns of tour buses and other reasons beyond its control in order to ensure a smooth itinerary.

Other rules and regulations
  1. GogoTravel will not be responsible for any late departure of the bus or plane for any reason or situation and will not refund any fees.
  2. In case of any circumstances or personal reasons, if the applicant requests to depart on his own, return individually or leave the tour in the middle of the tour, "GogoTravel" will assist in making arrangements, but will not be responsible for any indirect or direct loss due to any delay or change in transportation or anything that may cause failure to catch the prearranged tour.
  3. All itineraries are textual descriptions for reference only, the difference between the description and reality does not constitute a dispute; "GogoTravel" and the tour guide and tour leader have the right to make appropriate arrangements and adjustments depending on the actual situation.
  4. If the participant withdraws from any activity during the trip, he/she will be considered to have automatically given up and the fee will not be refunded.
  5. If any participant intentionally disrupts the work of the staff, endangers the personal safety of others, affects the normal activities and interests of the group, the staff has the right to deal with the local police and the local police in the Netherlands, depending on the specific situation or with the approval of the majority of the participants, and to disqualify the participant from the group and order him/her to leave the group, and the balance of the uncompleted part of the trip will not be refunded. All actions taken by the participant after leaving the tour are not related to "GogoTravel".

Liability issues

1. Valid documents and visas:
Passport and Visa: It is your responsibility to carry all travel documents and/or all necessary documents necessary to enter and/or travel through the country in your chosen route. Different nationalities will have different entry laws. GogoTravel does not retain customers' personal travel documents or assume responsibility for notifying each country of the required documents in force. You are responsible for all costs associated with any delays or changes to your trip due to lack of travel documents.

2. Each organization has its own regulations regarding the safety of passengers and the loss of baggage on the means of transportation used by GogoTravel. The loss of luggage, accidental injury or death, and property damage shall be settled according to the regulations set by each organization, and have nothing to do with "GogoTravel".

3. GogoTravel, drivers and staffs are not responsible for any loss of money and goods due to theft under any circumstances and in any place. It is the responsibility of the participant to take care of any property and documents.

4. GogoTravel will try its best to provide customers with correct, perfect and up-to-date information, but it does not exclude the existence of some technical and typographical errors. Customers have the obligation to verify before using the website, and we have the right to make any changes and updates without prior notice. Access to the information on the website is at the customer's own risk. We may provide links to other websites for your convenience, but we are not responsible for the content provided.

5. Complaints Handling
Before the tour and during the journey, if you are dissatisfied with the customer service, tour guide or driver and other soft services, please contact us in time to give feedback, we will coordinate to solve. In order to effectively protect your rights and interests, please contact us immediately at the beginning of the dispute to mediate. If there is no evidence to prove the complaint after the trip, "GogoTravel" reserves the right not to accept it. 
GogoTravel is only responsible for the descriptions and promises of the hardware facilities and other standards of any terminal service providers, such as airlines, buses, hotels, restaurants, attractions, etc. GogoTravel is not responsible for their soft services or force majeure that may be involved in the process of your consumption. We are not responsible for the soft service of the personnel or the inconvenience caused by force majeure.

6. Travel insurance
"GogoTravel" strongly recommends you to purchase medical, travel insurance, trip cancellation, luggage damage and loss, as well as third party liability insurance programs. GogoTravel does not assume any responsibility for accidents, including loss of or damage to property, injury, death, and all delays and irregularities. Settlement of the matter will follow the rules specified by airlines, hotels, bus companies, etc. GogoTravel is not responsible for any expenses or damages arising from any dispute between you and the tour provider or third party, including all matters relating to this website or the use of information on the website.
